Willow Bend CSI was founded in 2017 in Summit County, Colorado to serve lending institutions and assist them in mitigating risk through construction loan budget reviews and draw inspection reports. Since then the company has expanded its construction services to include Owner’s Representation, Property Condition Assessments, and consulting on the Remodel and Reconstruction of existing structures. We also provide home inspections for residential real estate transactions.
Ralph Trevino, President + CEO, founded Willow Bend CSI in 2017. He has over 15 years of experience in management and construction, including commercial real estate, multifamily units and single family homes.
Previously Trevino served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with a national commercial construction and excavation company. In addition, he was CEO for a luxury home building and remodeling company in Texas.
He is proficient in the economic analysis of all commercial, multifamily and residential property projects. Clients rely on his attention to detail and accurate review of budgets, construction loans, contracts, property condition assessments, loan modifications, operating strategies and reconstruction analysis, bids and project management.
Trevino holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. He is a certified property inspector in Colorado through InterNACHI.
Debbie Trevino, Chief Operating Officer for Willow Bend CSI, joined the firm in 2019 to continue its growth throughout Colorado and Texas. She has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and revenue growth in professional service industries.
She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer for a management consulting firm and as the Chief Strategy Officer for an executive recruiting company.
Her broad professional background and wide range of experience allows her to quickly evaluate the needs of our clients. She consistently puts together the right team of experts to provide accurate analysis and detailed solutions that solve the challenges of the firm’s private and institutional clients.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University with an emphasis in Finance. She completed additional coursework in entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University.
